It was cold with the wind, but today was exceptionally warm for the season.

There Have Been A Lot Of Great White Sharks Near Monomoy
There Have Been A Lot Of Great White Sharks Near Monomoy so i decided to take a kayak trip.
Little did I know that after we got half way between the shore and Monomoy Island a fog like this was gonna roll in.
Good thing I had my music and my iPod to keep my busy while in this fog.
It cleared up and we paddled around some and went it. I saw seals and fish jumping like something was there, but I didn’t see any sharks.
I’m going to do this again, Monomoy is a beautiful place and just another reason why I Love The Ocean.
Yellow Man Rockin The Beachcomber In Welfleet, MA
Last night we saw a reggae god perform at the legendary Beachcomber bar in Welfleet, MA. It was awesome, and like normal there was a HUGE bonfire on the beach after the show.
Going Fishing For Stripers On Cape Cod Bay
Heading out from Saint’s Landing in Brewster. What I like to do is get my best buddy and paddle out with the tide. I bring some beer, I bring some snacks, I watch all the people walk out to the sand bars and back. Then as the tide starts coming in I dig my sand eels and try to catch some big fish.
I came up short today, My wife caught a 38″ Striped bass, and my friend Dave caught one to small for keeping.

It’s My Birthday, So I’m Going To The Ocean
Why go to work on your birthday? I got the day off and I’m hanging out by the ocean all day. I have a pitcher with some margaritas and im going to enjoy them and wait for the sun to set.

Found a Cool Shell On Cape Cod Bay
Look at it! Its cool, I’m taking this one home and I’m going to let it dry out. and it is going to find a place on my mantel.
Low Tide At the Dog Beach In Orleans, MA
During low tide, tons of stuff you normally don’t see pops out. Here is a rock that is barely showing its face during high tide. I thought it was quite breath taking as I came across it this afternoon.
I would have climbed on top of it, but to many gulls decided to make it their bathroom.
I love the ocean!
My Border Collie Marley Loves The Ocean
Look at this dog, he’s awesome!
He is going to be my best friend, I can tell. Even though earlier this month he scared me at the salt pond, I kept him on the leash today. I wasn’t going to dive in like a nervous nelly again.
We walked the bay on Brewster together though, He met some new dog friends, I had my coffee, and then we went home to wake up my wife and maybe get a late breakfast.
Its the little things that make me love the ocean.
Laying Here On The Beach
Happy to be here under the sun. Loving the smell of the bay, the salty air on my tounge. Thankful I had the day off. Thinking about what to make for dinner tonight.
